Investment readiness: Costing a Strategy
 

The project involved working closely with the CEO and Research Team in the USA to prepare a bottom-up financial model for a biotech start up.
 

The process involved detailed examination of key business drivers, product portfolio, pricing, capacities and throughputs over a 5-7 year horizon.
 

The outputs included a financial model for the business which allowed analysis of multiple scenarios across a variety of business indicators and readily supplied financial metrics for a forthcoming fundraise.
