The project involved working with NEDs and the CEO to optimise the cash burn of the business, extend the runway, and position the business for entry into an adjacent market.

​

The outcomes included strenghtening the finance function, implementing long-term processes for cash planning & managament, reports to the Board and a re-pivot of the business's overall strategy to an adjacent, more profitable market.
